Arriving at Presidente Intercontinental Cozumel Resort & Spa felt like a warm embrace, with a refreshing towel and juice awaiting us. the accessibility of the resort was just right, not cramped at all, with two pools and three beach entrances to choose from. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the staff's genuine hospitality made us feel truly at home. We were delighted by the top-notch food, especially the grilled lobster at the beach bar - a true culinary highlight of our trip! The lush greenery surrounding the hotel added to the charm, and being able to snorkel right off the beach was a fantastic experience. the only downside was a lack of attentive waitstaff during breakfast, but this was overshadowed by the overall excellence of the resort. the Spa, especially Brenda's treatments, were a must-try and added a touch of relaxation to our vacation. In conclusion, the Presidente Intercontinental Cozumel Resort & Spa is a true gem on the island. the combination of outstanding staff, beautiful location, and delicious food options make it a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway with loved ones or friends. the warm hospitality and attention to detail at this resort truly elevate the overall experience, making it a place I would eagerly return to and recommend to others seeking a peaceful and luxurious escape in Cozumel.
